I had a comfortable stay at Regency Hotel Malabar Hill, but it definitely had its ups and downs. The location was quiet and close to the hanging gardens, which I loved, but the service left me wanting at times. While I enjoyed the food and cleanliness, I did notice some issues with noise and the condition of certain areas of the hotel.
